Responsibilities:-
• Project execution within estimated cost and time.
• Project review meeting and Daily progress reports
• Vendor management
• Quality check and Handing over
• Coordinating with retail architect for GFC drawings
• To help in preparing BOQ/ estimate of our shops
• To complete the project with good finishing’s as per drawings
• Handle other constructions in PONDICHERRY including Hidesign Hotels, Casablanca and Offices.
