Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and track classes, laboratories, and industry visits for academic programs.
  • Coordinate schedules for faculty, assessments, project presentations, Guest lecturers, placements etc. including logistical arrangements and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage faculty absence, or any other unanticipated disruption to classes, ensuring smooth operation of academic activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of exams and grades in LMS, working closely with faculty members and administrative staff.
  • Oversee the admission paperwork process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and processed in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate student activities and events, including organizing and promoting extracurricular programs.
  • Maintain alumni database and facilitate alumni engagement initiatives, including events and networking opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Experience working in a higher education setting is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with faculty, students, and alumni.
