Develop and manage a strong regional supply chain for company's global product portfolio, driving revenue and EBITA growth.
• Respond to sales and business team queries within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain supplier contracts, track performance, and ensure compliance with all terms.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies to lower total acquisition costs, reduce risks, and streamline sourcing processes.
• Lead supplier negotiations and maintain all necessary documentation. • Monitor sourcing policies to meet business goals and conduct effective supplier negotiations.
• Work with suppliers to reduce product, logistics, and overall supply chain costs.
• Build and maintain a high-performing supplier qualification and performance program to strengthen company's market position.
• Continuously scan the India/APAC supply market to find new products and alternative suppliers for competitive advantage.
• Identify niche suppliers and products for market exclusivity.
