Assistant Manager PPIC

Be part of a growing global pharmaceutical company where you'll work closely with multiple manufacturing sites, contribute to timely market supply, and collaborate with diverse functional teams !

• Coordinate with formulation manufacturing sites (OSD & Injectable) for

  production planning and dispatch schedules

  .
• Prepare

  monthly & quarterly production forecasts

  in line with sales and market demand.
• Track

  daily production and dispatch status

  , ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with

  Purchase, Packaging, QA/QC, Regulatory, and Supply Chain

  to resolve planning or material issues.
• Analyze

  Plan vs. Actual performance

  and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Participate in

  weekly cross-functional meetings

  for production and dispatch updates.
• Ensure accurate and timely data management in

  SAP (PP Module)

  .

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
• 58 years of experience in

  PPIC / Production Planning

  in the

  pharma formulation industry

• Proficiency in

  SAP PP Module

  and

  MS Excel

• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
