Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage production planning, control, and scheduling to meet customer demands on time.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth material flow and dispatch planning.
Develop and implement effective production plans to minimize delays and optimize resources.
Ensure accurate forecasting of demand and supply chain management to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time reduction, first-time right rate improvement, and defect-free products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of Daily Production Planning, Dispatch Scheduling, Material Planning, and Production Planning Control processes.

Should be having education either B. tech/ Diploma
Should be having rich exp of PPC section of minimum 8 yrs or above .
Should be having good exposure of handling of OEMs specially the liasioning with HMCL plants ( specially at Gurgaon & Dharuhera)
Should be having good exposure of working at Tier 1 ( 250 Cr. Or above Turn over company) with handling of large quantum sheet metal products.
