Job Description

As an Analytical / Conjugation specialist, your role involves: - Developing assays for Protein and Carbohydrate characterization. - Standardizing and optimizing various Biochemical assays. - Utilizing immunochemical methods such as ELISA, SDS-PAGE, slot blotting, and Western blotting. - Implementing instrumental methods like LC-MS, Protein sequencing, HPLC, ELISA reader, AKTA, Spectrophotometer, and RT-PCR. - Applying different need-based chromatographic techniques in the lab. - Developing analytical methods for physicochemical characterization of Protein and Polysaccharide based vaccines. In the area of Conjugation/DSP Process Development, your responsibilities include: - Conducting chemical conjugation experiments for polysaccharideprotein and other vaccine platforms. - Supporting the optimization of reaction parameters like molar ratios, pH, buffers, and coupling agents. - Performing quenching, purification, and yield improvement studies. - Operating and optimizing purification techniques such as UF/DF, chromatography, precipitation, and filtration. - Supporting scale-up studies from bench to pilot level to ensure consistency in product yield, recovery, and purity. Your duties also involve: - Maintaining detailed experiment records, ensuring data integrity, and keeping lab notebooks. - Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, SOPs, and batch manufacturing records. - Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with upstream, formulation, analytical, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution.,
