Assistant Manager Marketing (Real Estate)

As an Assistant Manager Marketing (Real Estate) at Krishvi Group located in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for residential and plotted development projects. Your proactive and detail-driven approach will be crucial in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and project-specific outreach through various marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conceptualizing and executing 360 marketing campaigns for residential and plotted developments. - Coordinate branding and promotional efforts across digital, print, outdoor, and on-site platforms. - Liaise with external agencies for creatives, content, media planning, and production. - Oversee site branding, hoardings, brochures, walkthrough videos, and project launch events. - Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals. - Manage CRM campaigns and nurture workflows to support the sales funnel. - Track performance metrics and prepare marketing reports on ROI, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness. - Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to support pricing and positioning strategies. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing (residential, plotted, or commercial). - Strong understanding of real estate buyer behavior and lifecycle marketing. - Proficient in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Ability to multitask across campaigns, launches, and branding deliverables. - Excellent communication and vendor management skills. - Flair for aesthetics, storytelling, and premium brand positioning.
