Assistant Manager/ Manager - Corporate Tax - CA

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing tax audit reports, computing total income, filing income tax returns, and calculating advance tax for the company and its group companies. Additionally, you will handle the computation of current and deferred tax on a quarterly basis, along with tax reporting. You will also manage tax assessments and litigations, including appearing before revenue authorities for tax submissions and hearings. Your role will involve addressing all direct tax-related matters and queries for the company and its group companies. Furthermore, you will be required to study and implement new tax provisions and engage in tax advocacy at various forums.
