Key Responsibilities: Manage and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately, including Marine, Flood, Fire, Property, Employee Infidelity, Cash Theft, Stock Theft, and Burglary claims. Collect and compile information from various teams to prepare necessary documents. Liaise with surveyors, brokers, and insurers to ensure KPIs are maintained. Perform cash reconciliation and prepare investigation reports. Handle day-to-day insurance-related tasks and queries from different departments. Prepare and update the claims MIS regularly. Review the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) monthly and arrange for necessary endorsements. Work with brokers and insurers to service insurance policies and ensure they are up-to-date. Analyze claims data and prepare detailed management reports. Work on Nat Cat claims and ensure timely processing. Collect and analyze the stock statement and prepare the stock declaration on monthly basis, Collect transit data and prepare the marine declaration on monthly basis.
