Assistant Manager - Graphic Design (Marketing)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Develop and implement the creative vision, inspiring the design team.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Design Execution: Ensure all visual content meets brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and implement new design techniques.

• Quick learning of new industry trends and adaptability.
• Must have knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design.
• Social & Digital Media creative understanding
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Advertising background & creative thinker

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior creative role.
• Strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.. (Additional software skills - Final Cut Pro & Premiere Pro are a bonus)
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Strategic and creative thinking.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, video production
• Knowledge of 3D design and animation.
