Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Front Office department at Hyatt Raipur, in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary role will be to support the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Front Office Manager in managing and supervising the Front Desk team - Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent communication and customer relations - Uphold brand standards and operational procedures set by Hyatt International - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years" experience as an Assistant Manager or 3 years as a Team Leader in the Front Office department of a hotel - Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests - Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
