Assistant manager - Financial reporting

As an Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting, your role involves the preparation and finalization of accounts under IFRS/IND AS, including monthly and yearly closure. You will be responsible for leading monthly inter-company, inter-unit, MIS monthly reconciliation, as well as the consolidation of accounts with foreign and Indian subsidiaries. Your duties also include managing end-to-end accounting and submitting financials to the management on a monthly basis. Key Responsibilities: - Perform month end closure activities, including the review of accruals and proper analysis - Prepare audit plan and closely coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audit - Coordinate with various technical committees for clearing of audit reports - Liaise with Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditor, and Tax Team - Conduct quarterly forecasting of financials for Advance Tax Filing - Perform financial forecasting for budget preparation and variance analysis of PL and Balance Sheet movement on a YOY basis - Ensure data integrity checks between the general ledger and various transaction processing systems - Produce monthly dashboard reports for tracking key performance metrics - Possess good working knowledge in SAP Qualifications Required: - CMA, CMA Inter, CA, or CA Inter Additional Details: - Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting, ITES/BPO/KPO - Functional Area: ITES/BPO/Customer Service - Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Key Skills: - FPNA - RTR Please note the job code for reference: GO/JC/1172/2025.
