Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Finance Consolidation, your responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reporting. This will involve consolidating subsidiaries worldwide and preparing schedules to support the financial reported numbers. It is crucial to have documented backup for adjustments each month that align with the financial statements. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with the Accounts team of each region for monthly closure and review the financial data submitted by the region to ensure appropriateness of accounting and disclosure. Validating and reconciling inter-company transactions and related party transactions will be part of your duties, along with providing analysis of the financial reporting. Key Performance Indicators for this role include ensuring timely financial reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, demonstrating excellent knowledge in accounting principles, possessing experience in Consolidation procedures (including with foreign subsidiaries), and having hands-on experience in Excel.
