Job Summary: The Assistant Manager - Customer Excellence will work at our Hyderabad office managing multiple Occupational Health Centres. This role will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary team. We are seeking a candidate with strong operations, and healthcare experience will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Oversees the management of multiple health centres and lines of service across clients. Manages staff typically composed of Doctors, Nurses and administrative staff. Assists in the creation of site-specific goals and measurements related to the needs of the clients. Effectively communicate across the various sites to ensure consistency in messaging. Compiles input for the performance appraisal process for all staff members. Responsible for following appropriate processes for hiring, staff development and performance management and provides input to the management team as needed. Responsible for interviewing, training, and the successful orientation and onboarding of new hires. Manages daily operations, workflow, work schedules, and timecard monitoring, to ensure efficient and effective health centre performance. Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies and presents resolutions and recommendations to the management team. Coaches and provides feedback to staff on a regular basis. May serve as a client contact and provide reports and summaries of health centre activities. Communicates regularly with staff, conducts meetings and provides updates and shares information regularly. Individual Contributor Role. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree 3-5 year s experience in client facing operational roles, preferably in healthcare industry Strong network of industry contacts and relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
