Assistant Manager -Corporate Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Month end closure, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Handling internal audit, statutory audit, sox audit and ICOFR compliance etc.
• Supporting business teams on the new projects.
• Following up with operation / KAM / Store for collections of Inventory consumption details and booking in Orcale.
• Strengthening the BS review process with more emphasis on aged balances.
• Verification of agreements while accounting inventory accruals.
• Follow up on undelivered case of WH / store / KAM on regular basis to close the open issues.
• Providing the details to Insurance team and sharing lost or damaged material details during the transit / WH.
• Working of Old provision in the books and reduce.
• Cross function coordination with respective teams.
