1. Contract Drafting & Negotiation Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and strategic partnerships. 2. Contract Management Maintain a repository of contracts, track key obligations, renewals, and compliance deadlines. Ensure all contracts comply with IRDAI regulations, data privacy laws, and other applicable legal requirements. Identify potential legal risks in contracts and suggest appropriate mitigation measures. Provide legal support on contract-related queries and ensure adherence to corporate governance policies. Conduct internal training sessions on contract management best practices. 3. Stakeholder Management Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, finance, IT, and operations to align contract terms with business needs. 4. Dispute Resolution Assist in handling contractual disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters.
