Assistant Manager - Civil Work (BE Mechanical)

Role & responsibilities

1) Knowledge of all types of water cooled & air cooled chillers, its operation & maintenance.

2) Knowledge of all types of cooling towers, its operation & maintenance.

3) Knowledge of heat exchangers.

4) Knowledge of HVAC system including AHU, VRF systems, DX chillers, Ductable units & ducting work and all types of air conditioners & its maintenance.5) Knowledge of class area HVAC is must including testing, validation etc.

6) Knowledge of cGMP documentation is must.

7) Knowledge of vacuum pumps & its operation.

8) Knowledge of Air compressors & dryers.

9) Knowledge of water treatment plants including RO + MB plant, softener plant & DM plant etc. with operation & maintenance.

10) Knowledge of N2 generator plant & its operation with maintenance.

11) Knowledge of selection of all types of pumps & its operation with maintenance.

12) Knowledge of structure work and general fabrication work.

13) Knowledge of general piping work with MOC MS, SS, HDPE, UPVC etc.

14) Knowledge of Formulation machinery like Compression machine, coating machine,GPCG 1.1 machine,RMG machine, Rapid dryer, Capsule filling machine, Jet mill,Dyno mill, Roller compressor machine etc.

15) Knowledge of ISOLATORS machines & its maintenance.

16) Knowledge of SAP is must.

17) Knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, MS power point is must.

18) Knowledge for preparing annual department budget VS annual expenditure.

19) Knowledge of Auto CAD .

Key Responsibilities:

1) Preventive & Predictive maintenance of all equipment's.

2) Attend breakdown maintenance.

3) Generation & Supply of UTILITY.

4) Ensure spare part availability at minimum cost.

5) Effective utilization of resources.

6) Ensure compliances of statutory requirements.

7) Handling of lower staff effectively.

8) Co-ordination with vendor to finish assign task within timeframe.
