You will be responsible for creating and executing best practices in brand integrations in collaboration with various teams. This revenue generation role requires you to solve clients" brand-related problem statements through content-led integrations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working on client briefs for fiction, non-fiction, and events integrations - Providing ideas to suit the client brief in collaboration with the content team - Scripting integrations for client approval in collaboration with the copywriter - Ensuring execution of integrations as per the agreed script - Working on on-air special initiatives to build brand image - Serving as the one-point contact for all client requirements and queries through PRS - Guiding and mentoring the team for optimal results - Developing best practices in brand integration - Overseeing piece to camera vignettes from scripting to execution, coordination, and delivering the end output To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines - High energy levels and a go-getter attitude - Ability to deal with a dynamic and fast-paced internal & external environment - Willingness to ideate on briefs to provide customized solutions - Strong relationship-building skills and networking capabilities - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to work creatively and with flexibility in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high work standards The preferred education and experience for this role include an MBA or Postgraduate degree with 8-10 years of work experience in a related role.
