Job Description

We are looking B. Tech /M. Tech in Cosmetics or Masters degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering with minimum 3-4 years of experiencenced candidates in Application/ Technical Service lab of Personal Care special specialty. Previous experience in active ingredients formulation in skin care & personal care is preferred. Excellent understanding of ingredient chemistry, especially in designing of new formulations and application formats for skin care (leave on) & hair care (rinse of) products Good awareness and understanding on regulatory standards in the cosmetics industry. Flexible to travel. Purpose of the Position Completely support with lab work: Design, develop and run formulations experiments. Design & develop new innovative formulations related to active ingredients with applications in skin & hair. Independently run experiments, generate ideas, develop products and prototypes, matching customer specification. Understanding of the basic principles and applications of active ingredients. Capable of handling experimental equipment for performance evaluation of products and maintenance of the same (working conditions, calibration, etc). Responsible for the safety in the lab including proper documentation status, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Interaction with customer on need basis.
