Assistant Jr. Engineer/ Jr. Engineer (Production / Quality)

Job Description: As a Mechanical Engineer, your role will involve developing manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components. You will be responsible for preparing product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Senior will be a key part of your responsibilities. Maintaining the system and product database by writing computer programs and entering data will also be crucial. Additionally, you will be measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices, and engines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop manufacturing processes - Prepare product reports - Understand project requirements - Complete all duties assigned by the Senior - Maintain system and product database - Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices, and engines - Work in different departments such as production, quality control, machine handling, and machine operations - Get promoted to a specific department based on your performance - Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a go-getter attitude Qualifications Required: - B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Note: The company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
