Role Overview As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, managing vendors, coordinating with service providers, overseeing marketplace accounts, and ensuring smooth business execution. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of tasks, anticipate challenges, and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning. Key Responsibilities 1. Vendor & Production Coordination • Manage and coordinate with vendors related to fabric sourcing, trims, packaging, and embellishments • Oversee production timelines and ensure quality control • Work closely with designers and production teams for smooth execution 2. Business Operations & Compliance • Handle coordination with legal, accounting, hiring agencies, and other service providers • Ensure compliance and timely execution of operational and financial requirements 3. Sales & Marketplace Management • Oversee online and offline sales channels, ensuring smooth order processing and inventory management • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for performance tracking and growth 4.
