Job Description

Personal Care: Helping patients with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting with toileting, feeding, and helping patients move in and out of beds and wheelchairs.
Vital Signs: Taking and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate.
Mobility: Assisting patients with walking, using mobility devices like walkers, and repositioning bedridden patients.
Patient Comfort: Ensuring patients' comfort, changing bed linens, and providing emotional support.
Environment: Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment, including stocking medical supplies.
Documentation & Reporting: Observing and recording patient conditions, food/liquid intake, and reporting any changes or concerns to nurses.
Required Skills Compassion and Patience: Essential for providing care to patients.
Communication Skills: To effectively report patient status and interact with patients and staff.
Physical Strength: Necessary for lifting and moving patients.
Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurately recording vital signs and observing patient progress.
