Job Description

You will be working under continuous guidance and support in a semiconductor product development lab, where your primary responsibilities will include assisting in lab audits (both internal and external) to ensure process compliance, handling lab inventory for day-to-day transactions, performing low complexity SMD level rework and board setup, assisting in basic lab setup including host and network configuration, enabling smooth lab operations through item transfers, and adhering to safety guidelines such as Chemical, Electrical, Fire, and General Safety Guidelines. You will also be expected to practice FAST Goals and actively seek and accept feedback for continuous improvement. Your performance will be measured based on your adherence to lab processes and standards, meeting schedule/timelines, adhering to SLAs, minimizing handling errors, and completing all mandatory training requirements. It is essential to support information governance activities and audit preparations, configure basic lab setups for host and network, document your work effectively, manage inventory by updating stock records, report any discrepancies, contribute to lab-related knowledge sharing platforms, report the status of assigned tasks, and comply with lab-related reporting standards. You should be capable of performing tasks in customer or target lab environments, working effectively in a team, communicating well with different teams and customers both verbally and in writing, and proactively seeking and offering help when needed. A basic understanding of hardware including desktops, handheld computers, motherboards, and peripherals is required. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on client projects related to electronics, mechatronics, and production activities.
