Assistant General Manager - Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• 16 to 20 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in

  and other engineering design software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
