Assistant Fashion Designer

You will be working as an Assistant Fashion Designer at t-base, a brand that combines men's fashion with innovation and timeless style. Your role will involve collaborating with the design team to create new designs and techpacks, supporting the production process, conducting research on fashion trends, coordinating with suppliers, and contributing to sample development. Key Responsibilities: - Creative Contribution: Share new ideas and design inspirations that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience. - Trend & Market Research: Conduct research on global and local menswear trends, market activity, and competitor brands to contribute to the seasonal direction. - Tech Pack Preparation: Assist in preparing clear and accurate tech packs with all necessary specifications for menswear samples and production. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sourcing, category, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and brand alignment. - Timeline Management: Complete tasks within designated timelines to support the smooth functioning of the seasonal calendar. - Ownership & Passion: Take responsibility for assigned tasks, demonstrate passion for menswear, and proactively contribute to team success. - Team Collaboration: Be an enthusiastic and reliable team player, open to feedback and willing to support wherever needed. Qualifications: - Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Excel. - Experience in making tech packs and understanding the sampling process. - Strong organizational and teamwork abilities. - A degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,
