Knitwear Designer

You will be responsible for creating seasonal concepts, developing prints and graphics, and designing knitwear as well as guiding the team on converting concepts into innovative and commercially viable products. A degree in Fashion Design or Knitwear Design from recognized design colleges is required along with a strong understanding of the design process. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Adobe Illustrator is necessary for this role. Collaboration with the buying and marketing teams is essential to identify key takeaways that should be integrated into design lines. You will work closely with the Product Development teams to ensure the commercial viability of merchandise and create quality tech packs for timely uploads. Monitoring quality sampling and compliance with timelines will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in creating the seasonal concept, developing line plans, and guiding the team on exploring new value propositions consistent with the brand identity and consumer requirements. Your role will include overseeing the creation of tech packs, facilitating timely uploads, and ensuring handover to sourcing and product teams in line with the business process calendar.,
