Job Description

Develop fresh seasonal concepts in line with An’era’s luxury handcrafted aesthetic.
Research trends, fabrics, and silhouettes for upcoming collections.
Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and CAD designs.
Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments aligned with the design direction.
Coordinate sampling and ensure precision in design execution.
Plan and guide embroidery layouts, color palettes, and textures.
Prepare tech packs and assist in smooth production coordination.
Oversee quality checks for fit, finish, and detailing.
Maintain design boards, archives, and collection documentation.
Collaborate with creative and production teams for timely launches.
Support styling, exhibition, and photoshoot coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
