We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Engineer / Procurement Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience and a strong technical background to join our team in Dwarka, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP HANA and a technical degree, enabling efficient procurement and engineering support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate procurement activities ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services.
Utilize SAP HANA for procurement processes, inventory management, and reporting.
Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
Review technical specifications and support the engineering team in vendor evaluation.
Monitor purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare procurement reports and analyze data using SAP HANA to optimize procurement strategies.
Assist in cost control initiatives and budget monitoring.
Ensure documentation and record-keeping are accurate and up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or equivalent technical field).
2 to 4 years of experience in procurement or related engineering role.
Proficiency in SAP HANA, including modules related to procurement and inventory.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
Ability to analyze technical data and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working in the industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of local vendor networks in Gujarat.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
