Assistant ELV BIM Engineer / Modeller

As an ELV BIM Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering ICT, Security, and ELV components for various built environment projects across global regions. Your responsibilities will include identifying project scope, coordinating activities among stakeholders, designing and modeling ICT, Security, and ELV systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, evaluating design changes, and conducting BIM/Revit modeling and coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Identify project scope and coordinate activities among MEP and other stakeholders - Deliver design models and manage the team for end-to-end design experience - Design and model ICT, Security, and ELV systems for different types of buildings - Ensure design and models conform to industry standards - Evaluate and advise on design changes and non-conformities - Develop suitable schematics - Perform BIM/Revit modeling and conduct design reviews with Navisworks Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's (BE/BTech) or Masters degree (MTech) in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering - Practical understanding of ICT, Security, and ELV systems - Proficiency in Autodesk CAD, Revit, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) - Hands-on design experience with Bentley MicroStation, Aecosim, and Open Building Design platforms - Proficiency in IT and industry-standard software skills - Commitment to seeking innovations and improvements - Ability to manage diverse modeling teams with varied backgrounds - Effective communication skills at all levels Our company offers an agile and safe working environment, competitive annual leave and sick leaves, group incentive scheme, group insurance coverage, short and long-term global employment opportunities, global collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
