Assistant / Deputy Manager - MLB / SMT Equipment

As an SMT/MLB Equipment Engineer at our company, your role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to achieve goals aligned with cost, quality, and delivery requirements. You will review and establish material, equipment, and manpower resource needs, coordinating maintenance activities with other functional groups like engineering and operations. Additionally, you will select and develop personnel to ensure the departmental function operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Programming and troubleshooting of SMT Machines including ASM Paste Printer, SPI, Mounters, Reflow Profiling, Router, Glue Dispensing, and LASER Marking Machines. - Possess a strong understanding of PCBA/SMT Machines Process and basic knowledge of industry-standard testing procedures and quality control practices. - Proficiency in documentation such as PM Checklist, Machines WI, and System Procedures. - Conduct CP/CPK study of all SMT machines in line. - Implement preventive maintenance for all equipment as per the PM schedule and PM procedure. - Provide guidance to engineers in production operations to enhance efficiency and quality. - Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor to support the operation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 12-18 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of SMT equipment and processes. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
