Assistant Delivery Manager, Operations - Coding

As an Assistant Delivery Manager at Access Healthcare, your role will involve coordinating the day-to-day service delivery of large groups of Medical Coders across various specialties. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Communicating with clients and managing service delivery according to client SLAs. - Creating and maintaining process documentation, and ensuring timely updates. - Managing operations through end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis. - Assisting with new team member training, and ensuring consistent growth and development. - Reviewing overall staff performance and ensuring targets for controlling attrition and shrinkage are met. - Preparing and maintaining management/operational reports, as well as maintaining process KPI and dashboard metrics. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Experience in E/M IP/OP coding. - Certification as a coder from AAPC or AHIMA. - Experience in team handling. - Good communication skills.
