Assistant Consultant - Graphic Design

As a Graphic Designer at WSP, you will be responsible for developing and designing visual content for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and branding. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs. Your role will involve creating layouts, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets while ensuring consistency in brand identity across all design outputs. It is essential to stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team and manage multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, along with proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a graphic designer supported by a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, etc.) is necessary. Additionally, knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills, are required. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also essential for this role. Preferred skills for this position include experience in Adobe Creative Suite, proficiency in Microsoft applications, familiarity with UI/UX design principles, and basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing, which would be considered a plus.
