-Familiarity with camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.) and lighting gear (LED panels, softboxes, bounce)-Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn cinematography fundamentals-Ability to lift, carry, and set up gear independently and responsibly-Basic knowledge of color temperature, lighting mood, and camera terms-Discipline, punctuality, and a positive on-set attitude-Bonus: Interest in becoming a DoP in the long term
