We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MLAP in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
