Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in mutual funds and financial services.
