Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-6 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's mutual fund operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and customer acquisition. Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
