Assistant Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of branch operations and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor daily transactions, documentation, and operational activities.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely reporting.

2. Business Development

• Support the branch in achieving monthly business targets.
• Monitor gold loan disbursements, renewals, and customer retention.
• Identify business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely processing of loan applications.

3. Team Management

• Assist in supervising branch employees and allocating daily responsibilities.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance.
• Support team members in resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager to achieve branch objectives.

4. Customer Service

• Ensure prompt and professional customer service.
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain good customer relationships and support customer retention.

5. Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure accurate completion of loan documentation and KYC formalities.
• Follow company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal audit requirements.
• Support internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

6. Reporting and Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Monitor branch performance, loan portfolio, collections, and pending cases.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for operational requirements.
• Report business performance and operational issues to the Branch Manager.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline; a finance or commerce background is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
