Assistant / Associate - Autoclave

As a Skilled Operator for Machine Operation in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Attend training sessions as per schedule and ensure training compliance with Training Needs Identification (TNI). - Perform and monitor all activities within general and controlled areas. - Fill logs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and area documents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work guidelines. - Clean and sanitize the area and prepare equipment following SOPs. - Follow preventive maintenance schedules for machines, instruments, and equipment in the area. - Conduct line clearance activities before starting operations in accordance with SOP. - Operate Steam Sterilizer and Terminal Sterilizer. - Notify the supervisor immediately of any observations or disturbances in the aseptic area. - Maintain personal hygiene, area cleaning and sanitization, SOP adherence, and area document completion. - Update area logs as per SOP and work guidelines. - Ensure the Uninterrupted Air Flow (UAF) in the area. - Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices, and departmental discipline. - Follow the preventive maintenance schedule for machines. - Clean and sanitize general and controlled areas as per SOP. Qualification Requirement: - ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: - 3-6 years Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess experience in machine operation of Steam Sterilizer for Component Preparation & Terminal Products in a controlled area for Manufacturing of Injectable Products.,
