Accountant Assistance

Education: B.Com and Proficiency in TALLY PRIME
Job Description:
· Maintain end-to-end bookkeeping and daily financial records in Tally Prime.
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage banking transactions.
· Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
· Maintain expense vouchers and ensure proper recording and documentation on a daily and monthly basis.
· Generate MIS reports and maintain proper filing of physical documents such as bills, vouchers, invoices, statutory documents etc.
· Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions like Provident Fund (PF) and Professional Tax (PT).
· Handle TDS, from monthly deductions and deposits to deriving data for quarterly TDS returns.
· Ensure 100% compliance with GST laws, including deriving data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
· Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant for statutory audits and tax audit preparation.
