Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily transactional entries in ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Process vendor and client payments on time.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain and monitor bills receivable and payable.
• Ensure timely online payments and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, reporting).
• Good computer operating skills and adaptability to new processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
