You will be responsible for asset management and ensuring proper utilization of resources. Your proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be essential for various tasks including preparing daily call reports, MIS reports, and monthly consolidated reports. Service desk call flow management and people management are also key aspects of your role. Your responsibilities will include preparing DCR (Daily Call Report) for all sites and mailing them to the corporate office, as well as preparing monthly review meeting presentations and daily repeat call reports. Project planning and follow-up until completion will be part of your routine tasks. Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and optional Hindi are required. You will also be involved in preparing daily attendance reports, engineer shift rosters based on call/project requirements, and assigning tasks to engineers. Verifying and closing completed H/W call tickets and providing technical support to engineers are crucial aspects of the job. You will be expected to manage the entry and exit process of users, assign floors to engineers, and ensure timely completion of H/W call tickets and mail tickets. New deliverables may be added based on client requirements. This position is open only to female candidates and is a full-time job. The benefits include food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund. You should be available for day shifts with weekend availability or weekend-only shifts. A yearly bonus is also offered. The ideal candidate should have a total of 2 years of work experience. The work location is in person, and the role may involve additional responsibilities as per client needs.,
