Asset Servicing Senior Operations Analyst

As an Asset Servicing Intmd Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for managing reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events. This will involve revising communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events. Your role will also include developing client-specific service solutions, maintaining quality control, and performing multiple transactions of moderate complexity to achieve operating efficiency and a high level of productivity. You will play a crucial part in minimizing risk to the bank through the appropriate application of procedural requirements and adherence to audit and control policies. Additionally, you will participate in compliance-related procedures and controls activities, work closely with peers and product to develop solutions, and participate in system testing. It is essential to maintain awareness of product changes and system enhancements, provide back-up coverage during high volume work periods, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Your ability to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions will be critical in safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
