Asset Services (Corporate Actions & Income), NCT

Role Overview: You will be working as an Asset Services (Corporate Actions & Income) in Jaipur, India. Your role involves liaising between DBOI & onshore/nearshore partners, handling large volumes, escalating issues to the Team Manager/Onshore Clients, and processing day-to-day activities accurately within set benchmarks. You will also be supervising sub-processes, ensuring accuracy as per SLA/benchmarks, and training other candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise between DBOI & onshore/nearshore partners - Handle huge volumes, escalate issues timely to Team Manager/Onshore Clients - Process day-to-day activities accurately within set benchmarks, including reconciliation of trade positions/books, booking new positions in various DB systems, and supervising day-to-day deliverables - Process & supervise sub-processes, ensure accuracy as per SLA/benchmarks, and allocate work to PEs - Ensure strict adherence to internal and external process guidelines, including compliance and legal requirements - Keep Team Manager informed of exceptional occurrences, manage the team in their absence, and conduct Leave Management for the entire Team - Train acceptable candidates in the function and possess training skills - Maintain primary working relationships with internal clients, brokers/clients, custodians, and other internal teams - Be willing to work in relevant geography business hours, travel as required, and work in shifts Qualification Required: - 4 to 5 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations/Custody Operations with at least 3-4 years in Voluntary Instructions - Corporate Actions - Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions - Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and complex situations - Strong English written & verbal skills - Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external staff via telephone and written communication - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to work in relevant geography business hours, travel as required, and work in shifts Additional Details: The company, Deutsche Bank, offers a range of benefits including best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, sponsorship for industry-relevant certifications and education, comprehensive insurance coverage, and employee assistance program for you and your family members.
