Developing customized marketing proposals and pitch presentations for potential clients will be a key responsibility. Working closely with sales, product, and creative teams to gather necessary inputs and data is crucial. Transforming complex service or product offerings into compelling content will be part of the role. Designing proposal layouts using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, or similar software is required. It is essential to ensure that proposals adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and client expectations. Managing and updating proposal templates, case studies, and asset libraries will be part of the routine. Tracking and handling proposal deadlines, submissions, and feedback are necessary for success. Analyzing client needs and tailoring messaging accordingly is a critical aspect of the job. Providing support for RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quote) responses, when necessary, is also expected. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, or proposal writing. - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign is a plus). - Attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.,
