Asset Information Coordinator - HVDC

Role Overview: As a Life Cycle Information Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical/mechanical equipment in the project is identified with unique IDs and that set processes are followed by different disciplines. Your role will involve coordinating with LCI professionals of the customer to ensure requirements are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate all activities related to Life Cycle Information (LCI) and Data Quality to ensure Hitachi - Power Grids solution meets the requirements - Advise and assist the project in adhering to the Client's documentation requirements - Assist project personnel in communicating documentation requirements to suppliers - Maintain files and control logs as required by the project - Provide LCI strategy training to the project team - Coordinate and follow-up the Document Review Process - Update LCI requirements in the model and assist in adhering to customer needs - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Life cycle information process - Knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) - Experience with 3D modeling software and knowledge of tagging/applying Metadata (added advantage) - Self-starter with the ability to own tasks through to completion and strong attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Note: This job opportunity is open for qualified individuals with disabilities who may request reasonable accommodations during the job application process.
