You should have previous consulting experience in a leading consulting firm, with a preference for at least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, designing, defining, or managing projects on digital technologies in the telecom industry. A Bachelors degree or Full-time MBA/PGDM from Tier1/Tier2 B Schools in India or foreign equivalent is required for this role. Your responsibilities will include understanding B2B marketing processes in telecom, project/program management of large and complex IT projects/programs, and working with digital technology areas such as mobility, cloud, data analytics, insights, and reporting platforms like Power-BI, IOT, AI/ML. You will be involved in business analysis, process definition, and continuous improvement exercises using various business consulting tools and methodologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications for new systems and processes, assessing as-is processes, conducting gap analysis, creating to-be processes, and making recommendations to implement changes. You will also consult clients in analyzing B2B customer segments for growth opportunities and designing B2B customer analytics. As part of this role, you will manage technology project management, including managing technology vendors and client stakeholders, leading and managing pursuits with telecom prospects, and articulating Infosys products and services unique value proposition through practical use cases across the value chain. You will also design and implement client-specific solutions, develop business cases, IT strategy, and tools/software considerations around Digital solutions. Furthermore, you will work closely with client IT teams and business personnel to uncover opportunities and draw actionable insights. You will be involved in internal firm building activities such as knowledge management and recruiting, lead and support sales efforts for new and existing clients, and represent Infosys Consulting by presenting papers in industry conferences. Your role will also require providing technology and consulting leadership within/outside the firm on trends around one or more of the latest Digital technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data technologies, Data Analytics, IoT, etc. You should have a strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum), methodologies, and tools.,
