Job Description

SpartaSystems is looking for Assembly & Test Tech - Level 1 to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to assemble components and products to specification Conduct routine tests and inspections of products during and after assembly to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety and 5S procedures at all times Record and document production data, test results, and issues encountered during assembly or testing processes Identify and report any faulty components or non - conformities to supervisors or quality personnel Work collaboratively with team members and engineering staff to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Operate tools and test equipment such as torque wrenches, multimeters, and gauges, with appropriate training and guidance Participate in training sessions and cross - functional tasks to enhance technical skills and support team flexibility
