Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products. Carry out installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacements, refitting, and adjustments in the products. Order and stock materials and supplies to avoid materials shortages. Troubleshooting and diagnosis of Pneumatic and Mechanical assemblies. Ability to analyse and visualize mechanical systems and design. Knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing (Both 2D and 3D). Critical thinking to rectify errors in mechanical products manufactured in house. Familiar to technology and processes of mechanical industry.

Job Profile Title: Technician (Assembly) No position: 1 Work location: Pune Qualifications: ITI Electrician/fitter Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in assembly of control panels. (MCC, PCC, VFD, PLC Control Panels) Key Responsibilities: Install electrical/ electronic components such as relays, circuit breakers, switches and control devices on chassis as per GA drawings and mounting arrangements. Install various mechanical components (such as hinges, latches and locks) into control panels. Use hand tools, power tools and other equipment to secure and fasten components and ensure proper alignment. Mount and secure components, ensuring proper alignment and spacing. Prepare the panels for electrical assembly by making necessary holes for wiring and other components Verify the quality and accuracy of mechanical components and ensure that all parts meet the required standards before proceeding with the next steps of assembly Ensure that wiring is neatly organized and properly labelled. Cross checking of Bill of Material and material provided by store before assembly. Provide technical support and assistance to other technicians and engineers. Skillset: Read and understand the GA drawings, control diagrams, power diagrams Strong understanding of electrical and electronics components, materials and wiring schematics. Candidate should have very good understanding of electrical fundamentals. Hands on experience on drill machine and power tools. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, bending and lifting heavy components Experience in electronic/electrical control panel manufacturing industry preferred. Experience in Defence Company with above skillset will be an added advantage.
