Roles Responsibility - Assembly Supervisor Responsible for day-to-day assembly and production operations on the shop floor. To Ensure that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. Supervise and coordinate assembly/production line activities and personnel. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure production goals are achieved. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Monitor quality of assembled components/products and take corrective actions as needed. Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders. Track and report daily production metrics and downtime. Implement and support 5S or other process improvement initiatives Knowledge of electrical insulation materials and electrical winding techniques (transformers, motors, coils) is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Interact with the Assembly Supervisor & stakeholders to understand and resolve the error or issue. Work You ll Do: Responsible for receipt, storage, and issue of materials to assembly line and dispatch of materials to job work vendors. Interdepartmental coordination for proper storage of inward material and ensuring proper storage planning to avoid spillage. Ensure proper inventory control and take steps to reduce inventory. Person must have experience to handle approx. 20000 SKU in open store concept warehouse. Required knowledge of cycle count, periodical physical audit. Ensure proper stacking/binning of the inward material and proper updating of the records. Responsible for zero wastage and spillage and scrap yard management Keep track of the inward material and timely binning Responsible for supervision of entire storage activities as well as contractual staff Data Preparation, MIS and data entry into the ERP system Clear Day to day error face by Assembly supervisor through the Email Ensure timely Material movement happen with the store & Assembly. Manage Parts Storage in Limited available Space. Report back any variation came across with reasoning & any damages found at Location. Gemba controlling point verification Checking of measurement data in inspection check sheet. Identify Hiyari Hatto (Near Miss), do Kaizens and quality improvement. Change point controlling and product inspection on-time. 2. Analysis Knowledge about 7QC tool. Ensure the working condition of QA Machines. Knowledge of machining process. Knowledge of MSA & GRR. Understanding of 3G. Understanding of GD&T and able to identify the datum and reference planes in drawing. 3. Team Building Training to new inspectors in the machining process and method of inspection. Ability to develop motivational skill in junior. Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Work Experience: 2~4 Years, experience in Automotive industry preferred. Skills: Good Knowledge of Machining Inspection control, Control Chart, Use Instrument Like DVC & HG, Use of 7QC tools. Good negotiation skills.
