Assembly Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling products or components on the production line.
• Ensure that all parts and tools are correctly set up for the production process.
• Follow instructions and blueprints for assembling products.
• Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues.
• Keep the assembly area clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools in a safe manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or safety hazards to supervisors or managers.
• Maintain inventory of materials and tools used for assembly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma / ITI or equivalent (freshers welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (not required for freshers).
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical concepts (optional).
